As the Company’s primary technology strategist, he specializes in cryptography and has been actively involved in the field of Information Technology with particular reference to Information security while leading the research and development initiatives of the Company. Under his direction, Odyssey has developed a highly skilled technical team focused on creating next-generation security solutions that anticipate market needs. His distinguished government service as a member of the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) further contributes to his role as a strategist. He is also an independent director in Pierce Leslie India Limited.

With over 30 years of experience, Mr.B.Antony Raja expertly oversees Odyssey's financial operations, administrative functions, and human resources. His strategic marketing initiatives have significantly enhanced company’s performance in the past, while his meticulous approach to compliance ensures organizational stability in an evolving legislative landscape. His leadership has been integral to Odyssey's operations since inception.

Mr. Ravi Srinivasan enhances the Company’s financial governance with 35 years of expertise in the Indian Revenue Service, culminating as Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. His comprehensive knowledge of tax administration, corporate finance legislation, and regulatory compliance strengthens the Company’s strategic planning. His participation in international programs through the IMF, Wharton School, and IIM Bangalore brings global financial perspective to the board.

Mr.Alagappan Chandramouli brings valuable banking sector expertise from his distinguished career at Indian Overseas Bank, from where he retired as the General Manager. His experience in successfully conducting public offerings and managing international business relationships strengthens Odyssey’s financial strategy. His proven track record in human resources management and digital transformation in the banking sector offers valuable insights to the organization. He is also an independent director in India Radiators Limited.

Mr.S.Sendamarai Kannan brings specialized knowledge of statutes from his career in the Indian Revenue Service, where he retired as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. Now practicing as an advocate specializing in taxation matters, his legal expertise and international perspective enhanced by his M.Phil in International Relations provide critical governance support to the Company. He also serves as a Director in Alagendran Nidhi Limited.

Mrs.Aparna Devi brings over two decades of experience as a legal expert to the Company, specializing in civil, criminal, and arbitration laws since 2001. Her experience before specialized judicial forums including Debt Recovery Tribunals enhances her profile further. Her research in women's rights law and her service as a member of hospital ethics committees provides guidance on gender issues and improves the Company’s value system on the whole. As a recognized legal resource person for academic institutions, she contributes broader regulatory insights that strengthen the corporate governance framework.
