Experience xorkeesign's 'Entity' feature. Increase the reliability of your business documents by co-signing them with organizational certificates in addition to the employee signatures. Certifying your employee's extended attributes in the same breath is an additional bonus.

In xorkeesign, any user or organization with a qualified digital certificate can form an ‘Entity’. Once formed, members of the organization can be added to such entity in xorkeesign. Further, the representative of the organization who created the entity in xorkeesign can also add individual attributes to each of the members.

For example, a university can add all their department heads, professors and other teaching staff to the university entity and specify everyone’s designation, academic achievements, years of experience etc., A hospital can add all their doctors, surgeons and other caregivers to the hospital entity and add the qualification, specialization and other pertinent factors about each of them. Similar attribute specification can be given by any institution or organization about their members.

When a member of an entity signs a document or email, xorkeesign enables the entity also to sign the same document, along with the member’s attributes. Thus when a recipient gets a medical advice through telemedicine, the advice shall carry the digital signature of the doctor offering the advice as well as the organizational signature of the Hospital the doctor is associated with in xorkeesign. The hospital’s signature shall also carry the attributes of that particular doctor. This gives the recipient enormous confidence in the identity of the doctor and consequently his advice. Though he might not have interacted with the doctor previously, he knows the doctor is from a reputed institution and the institution is attesting to his qualifications.

It is not practical to expect the CAs in the classical PKI to certify such specialized attributes of the subscribers. A traditional CA follows the prescriptions of the certificate format which does not have room for extended attributes like experience, qualification, gender etc., Many of these attributes could also be highly dynamic in nature – like the designations of a Government functionary whose position is transferable.

The entity model of the xorkeesign thus fills a significant and ever-widening gap in the trust mechanism of the internet.
